Marine Science Education Programs

Fonzie's Backyard has enjoyed a great summer full of students, visitors, and exciting new programs!

The first annual Professional Development Course for educators was conducted August 1-3rd. The course was developed and taught by Sara as well as many of the education staff at Dolphins Plus. Educators joined us from South Florida, Michigan, and even Aruba! The participants sat through over 20 hours of lectures and hands on activities. They were treated to a binder full of lesson plans, lectures and activities they could take back to their students.
